A Visionary Approach to Community Cancer Care

Sri Sai Institute of Medical Sciences (SSIMS) Hajipur is a non-profit healthcare initiative founded by Padmashri awardee Dr. Jitendra Kumar Singh. With deep gratitude, we recognize Dr. Singh's dedication to transforming cancer care access in Bihar through this visionary project.

Operated under the Buddha Unity for Social Development Trust, SSIMS Hajipur focuses on community-based oncology services including OPD consultations, telemedicine, local doctor training, and village-level awareness camps—offered completely free or at minimal cost.

SSIMS also runs important initiatives such as research activities, free medicine distribution, blood donation drives, and rural outreach. These efforts ensure that no patient is left behind due to financial or geographic barriers.
